About the position
As a process operator, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of our products together with other operators. This includes several tasks such as:
- Weighing/mixing raw materials according to specific blending recipes
- Conducting and documenting quality controls, adjusting deviations in the mixtures
- Process monitoring/control
- Reporting in and out raw materials and finished goods
- Cleaning/operator maintenance of production equipment
The work is partly manual but largely computer-based process-controlled. This means more monitoring of production equipment, control of process equipment, and lab analyses.
The role is dynamic and offers varied workdays with great opportunities to develop your professional skills.
Shifts are continuous 12-hour shifts (day/night) with an average of 9 work shifts per 3-week period. Work on certain weekends is included in the schedule.

About you
- You have a high school education in technology and/or industry and at least 2 years of experience in process work
- Knowledge and experience from working with process computers and equipment control, as well as good computer skills
- Good general numeracy skills and the ability to handle and understand numbers
- Good knowledge of speaking/reading Swedish
- Good knowledge of English
- Forklift license B1(Mt)
- Driving license B or AM
- Good physical condition
- It is an advantage if you have worked in SAP
